Learn a refreshingly simple approach food that will instinctively make sense to you. Discover how my food philosophy allows you to build healthy habits without the need to cut out entire food groups, or count calories, fasting hours and macros, or follow the latest dietary trend. Replace misinformation with easy-to-understand scientific fact and common sense.

(C) HEALTHY EATING AT WORK

Learn how “SLOW” foods (seasonal, local, organic, whole foods) nourish your body whereas processed foods, including many “health foods”, damage your body. Rediscover the simplicity of real wholefood ingredients. Demystify modern day super foods. Count chemicals rather than calories. Brainstorm workplace friendly, cost-effective meals and snacks.

(D) HOW TO MANAGE BURNOUT

Stress is a modern day epidemic.  Our obsession with success and productivity, at the expense of relaxation and sleep, has left us in a perpetual state of fight or flight that inevitably leads to exhaustion, and ultimately burnout. Learn what burnout actually is, and the practical steps we can integrate into our everyday lives to safeguard against it.
